Live & Lead Vibrantly (Intro)

I stopped creating New Year’s resolutions several years ago. Instead, a word captures an overarching theme or intention. For 2021, my word is “vibrant,” as in living and leading vibrantly. While I still set goals, with objectives or milestones laid out by quarter or month, I also invest time to reflect how my planning and execution reflects my intention.

This year, I’m inviting you to join me on the journey. I’ve crafted an introduction video to share a bit about the idea. (be sure to unmute the sound if needed).

My focus in 2020 centered on the word “nurture.” Nurture couldn’t have been more needed. As I watched more people long for an end to the year, I pondered how did I want to live, lead, and be in a world that carried over its troubles even as our calendars reset. Vibrant is that answer. I want my mindset, actions, and caring for others to reflect vibrancy. I choose to live and lead vibrantly.

What do you hope for in the coming year? What might living and leading vibrantly mean to you? Feel free to share your thoughts on our LEADistics Facebook page.
